Natalia Gluhovsky brings years of robust experience in corporate forecasting, planning, marketing and sales to her new role as a member of Newmark Associates’ Sales Associates team. More recently, however, she has worked in Residential Real Estate for a New Jersey boutique real estate firm in northern New Jersey, where she is now cultivating leads in the commercial real estate market.
As a Senior Corporate Planning Manager for Tumi, Inc., producer of high end, ultra-durable luggage, she managed 60% of the company’s worldwide business in terms of global forecasting, inventory management and sales planning. At Sleep Innovations, Inc., where their Found My Fit approach customizes sleep solutions utilizing leading edge memory foam mattresses, Natalia was Director of Forecasting and Business Analytics, accountable to cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, operations and finance. The diversity of her forecasting, planning and marketing experience also extended into the industries of pharmaceuticals and key retailers such as The Swatch Group (U.S. Inc.) and Donna Karan designer clothing. Natalia’s analytical acuity, project management expertise, communication and executive leadership skills add yet another level of extraordinary professionalism to Newmark’s savvy team.
Residing in Essex County, New Jersey, Natalia will continue to build long-lasting relationships in the commercial real estate community of northern New Jersey, offering this market the same high degree of integrity and exceptional service which she has brought to her corporate clients in the past.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor in Business Administration in International Marketing from Baruch College, CUNY and also has a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Kingsborough Community College.
Off the business track, Natalia enjoys spending time on a yoga mat, acting, travelling and socializing with family and friends.
