As a former Vice President/Director of Sales with media groups in New York City and Chicago, Jay has a flair for troubleshooting underperformance in offices and stations, transforming personnel and revenue/market share to winning teams and overachieving goals.

From his early years with Katz American Television as an Account Executive with the highest billing list in his first year there to moving up through the ranks to being responsible recently for national sales of $100,000,000 for 20 major market TV stations with Katz Media Group as its VP Director of Sales, Jay is a leader in highly competitive markets who knows how to inspire trust, fairness and loyalty among both employees and clients alike.

Residing in Essex County, New Jersey, Jay will cultivate market interest in Office, Retail, Industrial Sales and Leasing, and Multi-Family Investment opportunities in Essex, Morris, Bergen and Union Counties.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Dean’s List, from Brooklyn College. He recently acquired his New Jersey Real Estate License through the American School of Business.
Jay and his wife Rachel reside in Roseland, New Jersey and together they have one adult daughter, Alana, and two adult sons, Justin and Liam. He enjoys travel, golf, skiing, exercise and reading.
