Firm Exceeds Their Revenue Projections

As commercial real estate property values continue to recover, Newmark Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce another record-breaking year for 2013, reporting on notable transactions.

Susanne Newmark, President of Newmark Associates, Inc. represented the purchaser in the $3.8 million sale to LifeTown, Inc. of a 43,100 SF flex building at 8-10 Microlab Road in Livingston. The former corporate headquarters facility with 26,500 SF of office space and 16,600 SF of manufacturing/warehouse space on over 4 acres of land will be converted to a $13 million state-of-the art community center “village” to serve young adults with special needs by LifeTown, Inc.

David Bieber, Esq. and Vice President, and Craig Levitan, Broker-Associate, exclusively represented both the seller and the buyer in the sale of 184,000 SF of the former Macy’s store located at 2501 Mt. Holly Road in Burlington, New Jersey. A real estate investment division of Las Vegas-based firm Moonbeam Capital Investments, LLC, Burlington NJ, LLC, purchased the property.

Broker-Associate and Managing Director, Deborah Myers, sold 20,000 SF of office space to Somerset Property Investments at 365 South Street in Morristown, New Jersey. The building sold for $4 million.

Craig Levitan, Broker-Associate, represented the seller of 30,550 SF of industrial space at 12 Orben Drive in Landing, New Jersey.

Nancy Glick, Managing Director and Broker-Associate at Newmark, participated in the sale of 160,000 SF of office space at 15 Corporate Place South in Piscataway, New Jersey.
