Montville and Randolph Township Councils Appoint Newmark Associates’ Nancy Glick and Helene Elbaum

The Montville Township Council has recently appointed Newmark Associates’ Managing Director, Nancy Glick, to their Economic Development Committee for a two year term.  The Randolph Economic Development Committee also recently appointed Newmark Associates’ Senior Sales Associate, Helene Elbaum, for a two year term.

Ms. Glick’s real estate experience includes expertise in the marketing and sale of distressed property. She has worked closely with court-appointed receivers to sell a variety of commercial/multi-family properties.  Ms. Glick holds an MBA in Finance and Investments from George Washington University.  She previously worked for Freddie Mac trading mortgage-backed securities.

Ms. Elbaum is a third generation real estate professional who has worked in various capacities including the development, leasing and sales of commercial properties.  Her expertise includes office, recreational use facilities, and retail leasing and sales.  Recent notable projects include the sale of an office building and the lease of space to an upscale restaurant, both in Morristown.  Among her other responsibilities, Ms. Elbaum will assist local businesses to maintain and establish successful enterprises within the community.

The Economic Development Committees of Montville and Randolph charge their members with promoting, attracting and retaining business in their towns to maintain balanced, vibrant commercial and industrial sectors within their borders.

The role of members is multi-faceted in that they function as liaisons between existing business/industry and township departments; proactively identify potential problems related to commercial and industrial enterprises and make recommendations for pro-business policies, programs and projects to their Township Councils.
