Allan Settlow, Senior Associate, a real estate professional with over 30 years experience in the industry, is Senior Sales Associate at Newmark Associates CRE which he joined in 2004.  He attended the University of Rhode Island with a concentration in liberal arts.

He has completed transactions with such regional companies as Atkins-Kent, BTL of Canada, Eastern Dental, Geo Global Partners, Hudson City Paper, K. Houvanian Companies, Laidlaw Transit, Potamkin Motors and Tulfra Realty.

His industry knowledge and expertise includes the leasing and sales of industrial properties in Essex, Passaic and Hudson counties.  A member of the Patterson Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Settlow has also volunteered for the American Cancer Society for several years.  He resides in Essex County, has two children and three grandchildren.
