David Agnew, Vice President, joined Newmark Associates in 2025.  Formerly, he filled various management roles with Liz Claiborne, Saks Fifth Avenue and Tumi Luggage before obtaining his New Jersey real estate license in 2005, initially working exclusively in residential sales. For almost 15 years afterwards, his professional trajectory focused on construction, operations, and project management until 2019 when he became President of DCDA Design Services, a full-service Design Build and Interiors firm that provides design, filing, architectural, construction management and interior design services.

David’s strong background in architectural design, construction and management affords him the ability to discuss with buyers as well as sellers, options specific to optimizing a property’s value whether it be renovation and retrofit or allocation and best use of spaces. His broad knowledge of real estate, coupled with an understanding and sensitivity to clients’ financial concerns, support them in how to best utilize their financial resources when purchasing a property.

At Newmark Associates he offers buyer/seller agency and tenant/landlord representation in Middlesex and Somerset counties.

A native of Brooklyn, New York, David is a family man who enjoys spending time with his children, volunteering with Special Olympics, playing basketball and biking.
