Cedar Knolls, N.J., March 29, 2019 – The Annual Awards Luncheon, hosted by Newmark Associates, CRE, at H2Ocean Restaurant on March 19^th, celebrated team members who excel not only for their productivity and performance but for character traits which contribute to outstanding partnership and leadership among colleagues and clients alike.

At this time in American history where loss of accountability, integrity and mutual respect often reign not only in business but across broad spectrums of society, Newmark Associates CRE encourages and supports such values as evidenced in acknowledgements at the luncheon.

Eleven awards were presented to the following agents for embodying key company values: Integrity Award — Pat Cunningham; Extraordinary Partner Award – Charles Ritschel; Professionalism Award – Bill Cunningham; Leadership Award – Helene Elbaum; Unreasonableness Award – Nancy Tuckman; Top Communicator Award – Courtney Rosenkrantz; Expertise Award – Helene Elbaum; Relationship/Referral Award – Meryl Ehrenkranz; Velocity Award – Nancy Tuckman; Most Coachable Award – Jianning Meng. Ms. Meng, tied with Courtney Rosenkrantz for another award — the Rising Star Award — praised the culture of transformation at Newmark which empowers her and her colleagues professionally and personally.

Susanne Newmark, Founder, remarked: “What I love about our company is that we embrace diversity in all forms, no matter age, gender, or race. Nancy Glick, Chief Operating Officer, added: “Our partnering spirit is not only in our relationships, but in the impact this spirit has on the velocity and effectiveness of our performance.”

Overall, the Top Producers were Deborah Myers in first place; and Helene Elbaum and Bill Cunningham in second and third places.

Courtney Rosenkrantz was promoted to Senior Sales Associate and Charles Ritschel promoted to Vice President. These promotions were announced surprisingly, like a sleight-of-hand card trick appearing out of a magic hat at the event, which was opened this year with special entertainment.

As additional awards to support the team’s professional and personal development, scholarships to key self-transformation programs in leadership, communication and high performance continue to be provided. Ms. Newmark designated this scholarship fund years ago to create an outstanding work culture committed to excellence, in and outside of the office.

In the Retail category, David Bieber and Marcelo Adinolfi partnered in a transaction to rank first in top lease and Helene Elbaum in top sales. In the Industrial category Bill Cunningham won the award for the top lease transaction, while Charles Ritschel earned the award for top sales. In the Office/Medical category, Deborah Myers and Judith Feldman achieved the award for their partnership in top lease, while Judith Feldman and Yosef Muskin partnered in their transaction for top sales. An additional category for Mixed Use properties this year included Yosef Muskin for top lease transaction and partners Courtney Rosenkrantz and Lynda Cho for top sales.
