Newmark Associates has announced three recent additions to its Morris County-based team of commercial real estate brokers.

Jenna Glick

According to the firm, which is based in the Cedar Knolls section of Hanover, Jenna Glick joins its ranks from a background in institutional real estate investment management, with experience analyzing private real estate investments, launching private real estate equity and debt funds and managing communications and investor services initiatives. She began her real estate career in 2013 as an investment analyst for PGIM Real Estate, analyzing private real estate investments across multiple property types on behalf of institutional investors, before transitioning to investor relations and product development work for private real estate funds both at PGIM Real Estate and later at Amherst Capital Management.

“Jenna brings a keen understanding of real estate fundamentals paired with business development and project management expertise,” Newmark Associates wrote in its announcement.

In addition to her work at the firm, Glick acts as chief operating officer of CRESDA, the Commercial Real Estate Supplier Diversity Alliance, working with Newmark Associates Founder Susanne Newmark and Chief Operating Officer Nancy Glick, according to a news release. CRESDA provides Fortune 500 companies access to highly vetted and certified diverse suppliers of commercial real estate brokerage services across the country.

Jenna Glick holds a bachelor’s in economics with a minor in music from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, along with a sales agent license in the state of New Jersey.

Amanda Jones

Also joining Newmark is Amanda Jones, who brings more than 25 years of experience as a financial adviser and portfolio manager and 12 years as an attorney, the news release said. She has extensive experience in working with clients to define their investment objectives and source opportunities that will meet those objectives, the firm added, having honed her expertise in commercial real estate by working as in-house counsel for an industrial developer.

“She gained experience in negotiating lease and sales contracts, overseeing and coordinating environmental investigations and remediation, land use issues and analyzing the value of commercial real estate for potential acquisitions,” Newmark Associates wrote.

Michael Taccetta

Meantime, the firm announced that Michael Taccetta joined its sales team last fall after serving as an account executive for Simplicity Title LLC and as an equity sales trader for the GFI Group. His career also includes more than seven years as the owner-operator of Garden State Closings LLC, where he closed more than 2,000 real estate transactions in New Jersey and New York.

“As an entrepreneur, Michael brings to his Newmark sales role experience, qualities and skills that resonate with the Newmark culture — building strong relationships with buyers, real estate attorneys, realtors and brokers (plus) excellent communication skills and alignment of strategic financial and operational objectives,” the firm wrote.

Taccetta graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a B.A. in finance.
