Mary Swatek joined Newmark in 2020, with nearly 30 years of executive management experience in the healthcare and wellness industries. Her vast network paired with her expertise in market research, strategic consulting, sales, and business development has equipped her with the ability to form strategic partnerships and successfully navigate all stages of the commercial real estate transaction process.
