Newmark Associates, a leading commercial real estate firm, is once again holding its training program, titled Newmark University, in person for its newly hired sales agents. Newmark University focuses on enhancing the skills and knowledge of the sales team, with an emphasis on market analysis, negotiation techniques, and client relationship management. The training program, led by industry experts and experienced professionals, provides the sales team with the necessary tools to excel in the competitive commercial real estate market.

Newmark Associates is proud to welcome its newest sales agents, each bringing varied experience and expertise to the team. New hires and recent Newmark University Graduates are:

Ebony Parham, Broker-Associate, a recent graduate of Newmark University, partnered with Judith Feldman, Managing Director and Director of Newmark’s Healthcare Division, on the sale of 4,000 SF of retail space in Livingston, NJ. Ms Parham in partnership with Therese O’Brien, secured the sale of a 5,000 SF medical building at 673 Morris Avenue, Springfield, NJ.  Ms. Parham is now exclusively marketing a 8,000 SF free standing building in Union, New Jersey.

David Yoon, another recent graduate, joined Newmark with extensive experience in the retail sector. In partnership with Executive Vice President Helene Elbaum, Mr. Yoon has leased 2,000 SF of medical space in Cedar Knolls and has successfully completed the sale of a medical office condo in North Caldwell, NJ.

Joining the next generation of Newmark’s hires for 2023 is Jenna Glick, who comes from a background in institutional real estate management; and Jack Maier, who is a founding member of the Rowan Real Estate Group, a group dedicated to education about the real estate field at Rowan University, Rohrer College of Business.

Additionally, Newmark is proud to announce that Michael Taccetta brings vast experience in closing over 2,000 real estate transactions in New Jersey and New York, where for over 7 years he has been owner/operator of Garden State Closings, LLC.

Newmark also welcomes Amanda Jones, Esq. who as a practicing attorney has an extensive background in real estate transactions. Most recently Ms. Jones has been responsible for negotiating the lease for the relocation of a law firm to Pine Brook, New Jersey.
