Arthur Linfante, a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in real estate, has been a principal in the industry since 1998. His expertise spans a wide array of property types, including office, industrial, retail, and apartment complexes. Arthur has also excelled in evaluating complex properties such as development and redevelopment sites, institutional and corporate-grade facilities, special-purpose properties, full-service hotels, marine terminals, and research laboratories.

Art’s extensive knowledge in handling complex litigation and corporate matters has made him a sought-after consultant for corporate clients and major municipalities in northern New Jersey. He has advised on real estate taxes, lease negotiations, and Brownfield Redevelopment projects. As a trial consultant, Arthur has worked with many of the state’s largest law firms, providing insights on partnership disputes, real estate taxation, and eminent domain cases.

In recent years, Arthur’s focus has been on urban revitalization and redevelopment, serving as a financial advisor for developers and municipalities.
