Art Linfante has actively been engaged in real estate valuation, sales, and consulting since 1986.  He is currently the Managing Director and partner at Integra Realty Resources – Northern New Jersey and an associate sales person with Newmark Associates.  He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Linfante holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and the CRE designation from Counselors of Real Estate.

More recently, Mr. Linfante’s advisory services have focused on the expanding market of urban revitalization and redevelopment.  Redevelopment assignments include site acquisition, feasibility studies, Payment In Lieu of Tax (PILOT) studies and negotiations.  Consulting assignments have concentrated on multifamily, retail and industrial projects through New Jersey.
