CEDAR KNOLLS, NJ — Newmark Associates CRE, LLC, New Jersey’s largest and longest-established woman-owned commercial real estate brokerage firm, has been honored by the Morris County Chamber of Commerce with its Community Service Award. The recognition celebrates the firm’s sustained commitment to the communities it has served since its founding in 1987.

Founded by Susanne Newmark, and now led by Newmark and Nancy Glick, Newmark Associates has built a reputation over nearly four decades not only as a trusted commercial real estate resource across New Jersey’s key submarkets, but as an active civic presence in Morris County and beyond. The firm holds WBENC, WBE, and SBE certifications and has long championed the advancement of women and minorities in business.

Ms. Newmark has also served on the board of Jewish Family Services and remains a committed presence in the Morristown community and across Morris County. Organizations that various Newmark team members serve on include numerous boards in voluntary positions, including Planning Boards,  Economic Development Committees, Recreation/Parks Advisory Committee, as well as multiple charitable organizations.

The Morris County Chamber of Commerce Community Service Award recognizes businesses and individuals whose contributions to civic, charitable, and community life reflect exceptional dedication beyond the ordinary course of business.
