Newmark Associates Announces Several Promotions

Newmark Associates, Inc. has announced several promotions at its Cedar Knolls office, including the promotion of Nancy Glick to Chief Operating Officer.
The promotions recognize outstanding service to clients and a commitment to achieving superior results.
Nancy Glick has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Glick joined Newmark in 2005 and had previously been a securities trader for Freddie Mac before becoming Managing Director and Broker-Associate at Newmark. She has an MBA in Finance from George Washington University and is an appointed member of the Economic Development Committee in Montville Township.
David Bieber, Esq., has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Mr. Bieber joined Newmark in 2008 as Vice President and Sales Associate, bringing over 20 years of legal experience with real estate matters for a property management company, a publicly traded corporation and a real estate investment fund. With expertise in commercial real estate negotiations, investment analysis and international transactions, he serves as Director of Newmark Associate’s Legal Services Division. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Miami School of Law.
Helene Elbaum has been promoted to Vice President. Ms. Elbaum, a third generation real estate professional, has been at Newmark for 12 years. Her industry knowledge and expertise includes the leasing and sales of office, recreational use facilities, daycare centers and retail space. A graduate of Drew University, Ms. Elbaum holds a two-year appointed term as member of the Randolph Economic Development Committee.
