Ebony Parham, Broker Associate, joined Newmark Associates, LLC in early 2021 with real estate licensing credentials spanning 15 years in New Jersey. Previous to this, she worked for 26 years as an Executive Assistant at a major pharmaceutical company, where she became more of a strategic partner to executive management because of her outstanding critical thinking, communication, project management and technical expertise.

Well-acclaimed by clients for her organizational skills, resourcefulness, and ability to keep calm under pressure, Ebony is facile in her ability to interact with people at all levels, paying attention to details with alacrity such that she expedites the negotiation and sales processes with both personable and professional finesse. Her real estate philosophy is best summarized: “To be of real service, you must add something that cannot be bought or measured with money and that is sincerity and integrity.”

Having cultivated expert networking skills, Ebony brings reliable resources to her offering of Buyer/Seller agency, Tenant/Landlord representation and valuation and consulting services to her markets in Union and Middlesex Counties.

Ms. Parham, born and raised in Union County, attended the Professional School of Business at Union County College, and has earned the NCJAR SRES, SFR, and ABR Real Estate Certifications in addition to being a certified Probate Real Estate Specialist.

Ebony is President of National Council of Negro Women (NCNW)-Rahway Section. She is a member of Union County Women in Business, Rahway Chamber of Commerce, and the Black Business Alliance. She is also an NJ LTCO Volunteer Advocate for residents at a long-term care facility as well as a Facilitator for a Girls Who Code Club.

Married with two adult children, Ebony enjoys spending time with her family, reading, container gardening, walking and yoga.
