Jack Maier, Sales Associate, joined the Newmark team in January 2023 while completing his Bachelor of Science degree at Rowan University/Rohrer College of Business with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics. He graduated with honors on the Dean’s List in May 2023.

As a founding member of the Rowan Real Estate Group Jack worked as the Director of Promotion and Campus Engagement and created presentations to educate members about entry into the real estate field. Jack distinguished the different types of real estate careers and various ways to invest in real estate. He was licensed as a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson in April 2022.

Excelling in setting and achieving goals, interpersonal skills, teamwork and problem-solving through his roles as First Counselor, Risk Management Chair, and Quartermaster in Sigma Pi Fraternity/ Zeta Chi Chapter– all essential to being a successful real estate salesperson – Jack showed his leadership abilities not only in the hospitality industry for four years prior to licensing, but also as the Division Lead Coach for the Headfirst New York Yankees Baseball Camp in northern New Jersey for one term.

Born and raised in Pequannock, New Jersey, Jack is focused on the Northern New Jersey real estate market, providing tenant and landlord representation and accurate valuation of all asset types of commercial properties. Possessing a strong work ethic, a competitive spirit, and an enduring, personable reliability, Jack is a strong believer in this personal slogan: “How you do anything is how you do everything!”

He enjoys working out; playing baseball, soccer, golf, and tennis; hiking; and woodworking.
