Former Fortune 500 Banker Welcomed to Sales Team

Newmark Associates, Inc., one of New Jersey’s fastest-growing commercial brokerage firms, is pleased to welcome to its professional team, former Fortune 500 banking president, Maryalice Raushi, as Sales Associate and Executive Vice President.

Maryalice Raushi comes to Newmark Associates from a prestigious, 25-year career in banking, property management and real estate where she was the President and Director of a $20 billion bank owned by a Fortune 500 company and has held senior positions at PNC Bank, Mellon Bank, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and a denovo bank.

Ms. Raushi holds an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University where she is a member of its advisory board here and abroad at its campus in Oxfordshire, England at Wroxton College. In 2013, she was nominated as one of the Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World™.

A real estate professional for many years and a prior owner of a property management company and investment consulting firm who obtained a New Jersey Builder’s License, she has achieved a creative, high-performance track record in completion of real estate transactions as a result of her multi-faceted expertise in banking, marketing, negotiating and real estate knowledge. She will be expanding Newmark Associates’ reach in the corporate real estate market.

Residing in Bedminster with her husband and daughter, Ms. Raushi thoroughly enjoys riding her horses and playing golf when she is not fundraising or volunteering for her favorite charities – one of which has been supporting handicapped children to experience a sense of autonomy through horseback riding at the Somerset Hills Handicapped Riders Center.
