New Faces at Newmark Associates

Cedar Knolls Office Spotlight on Rising Sales Associates

Newmark Associates, Inc., one of New Jersey’s most well-respected, commercial brokerage firms, celebrates one year anniversaries of two of its Sales Associates, Jody Riback and Marcelo Adinolfi – and welcomes recent hires, Sales Associates Charles Ritschel and Raymond Manning.

Jody Riback, longtime resident of Montville, New Jersey, was formerly a hedge fund industry researcher and stock trader on Wall Street for a decade before raising a family full time and obtaining a New Jersey real estate license.  During and after graduation from Ithaca College, she worked successfully as both a residential and commercial realtor in northern and southern New York State.  She is expanding Industrial and Office marketing efforts in eastern and northern Morris County and parts of Essex County.

Marcelo Adinolfi, a resident of Union County for over 22 years, brings with him extensive experience in Emergency Management Services as well as knowledge and experience in the food and entertainment industry.  Prior to joining Newmark Associates, he worked in residential real estate for over 7 years, and has developed a niche in specialized buildings, among them fire and emergency medical buildings. While focusing on the sales and leasing of Industrial and Specialty spaces, he is also working on Office and Retail listings in Union, Essex and Middlesex counties.

Recent hire, Charles Ritschel, is a lifelong resident of New Jersey, skilled in public relations, marketing, and communications, and very familiar with the sub-markets of northern New Jersey.  A recent graduate of Hofstra University, Charles’ focus is on the sales and leasing of Flex, Industrial and Office spaces.  He recently facilitated a lease of 17,000 SF of warehouse and office space in Jersey City to a granite and marble distribution company from Brooklyn seeking growth and expansion in New Jersey.

Raymond Manning joined the Newmark team in the fall of 2013 as Sales Associate and Leasing Administrator after a 12 year career in business consulting for two premier public accounting firms in Morris County.  The broad spectrum of business acumen acquired from his previous employment informs his work not only as Leasing Administrator but also his focus on the leasing and sales of Medical and Office space in Sussex and Morris counties.
