Newmark Associates

Cedar Knolls, N.J., March 21, 2022 – Newmark Associates CRE announced the recent closings of office lease transactions at 25 Maple Street and retail lease transactions at several Springfield Avenue locations in Summit, Union County, New Jersey.

David L. Bieber, Managing Director and Director of the Retail Division at Newmark Associates, handled the closings, bringing new national retail tenants, an expanding national franchise, and financial services tenants to this vibrant suburban community.

At 25 Maple Street, Lexerd Capital Management, primarily sponsoring investments in multi-family assets throughout the United States, recently relocated and expanded to newly constructed office space on the top floor of the building. On the second floor, Solus Alternative Asset Management, a private investment advisor, affirmed its commitment to base its operations in Summit by renewing its lease for an additional term.

Along the Springfield Avenue corridor, Madison Reed, a national hair color salon with the mission “to provide the best, most luxurious hair color made with ingredients you can feel good about,” chose 362 Springfield Avenue to be its first suburban New Jersey location.

Also attracted to Summit’s downtown, Circa Lighting, a national premier lighting showroom, chose 408-410 Springfield Avenue for its first New Jersey location.  A boutique-like shopping experience will be provided for its clients.

StretchLab, the largest stretching brand in the United States with over 100 locations, offers a unique wellness concept of customized, assisted stretch sessions.  412-414 Springfield Avenue is a welcomed new addition to its franchise owner’s existing operations in Livingston and Morristown.
