Newmark Associates, one of NJ’s leading commercial real estate firms is proud to announce a record breaking month completing 46 transactions across, 7 counties and  22 cities throughout New Jersey.  This milestone reflects the firm’s continued growth, collaborative culture and commitment to delivering exceptional client service in a dynamic real estate market.

A team of 14 dedicated associates contributed to this achievement showcasing Newmark’s depth of expertise across leasing, sales and advisory services.

Special recognition went to Michael Taccetta, whose efforts were instrumental in this record setting month.  Taccetta successfully closes a notable 18,000 square foot lease transaction in Clifton further strengthening Newmark’s presence in the Passaic County market. In addition, he led the sale of 1401 Broad Street, a 40,000 square foot medical office building to a longstanding Newmark client.
