Newmark Associates is pleased to announce the successful leasing to AbunDance Studio, formerly known as the Rahway Dance Theatre, of a 3,000 square foot newly renovated second floor space at 137 Central Avenue in Westfield.  Ebony Parham, Vice President of Newmark Associates represented AbunDance Studio, and David Bieber, Managing Director of Newmark Associates, represented the landlord in the transaction.
