The 35,000-square-foot property will serve as a new learning center and community hub, providing services and resources to residents throughout the surrounding areas. The transaction was brokered by Susanne Newmark, President of Newmark Associates.

This deal holds special significance for the firm, as Newmark Associates originally sold the land on which the building was constructed close to 40 years ago. The recent transaction marks the second time the company has successfully completed a sale of this prominent site, underscoring its long-standing presence and expertise in the Morris County market.
