As President, Ms. Newmark is involved in organizational activities, including transaction management and implementation; strategic consulting and project planning. Newmark’s experience includes the analysis and sale of investment properties as well as the leasing and sales of office properties. She has represented Landlords as well as Tenants and has a well-recognized reputation for developing practical solutions combined with an entrepreneurial approach. Additionally, Ms. Newmark is involved in the management of commercial real estate providing the practical knowledge necessary for the critical evaluation of commercial properties including review of occupancy costs to maximize value. Her proven results demonstrate her ability to maximize Asset Value for clients and customers.
