Anne O’Leary brings to Newmark Associates a strong background in business development, client relations, sales, and operations experience. Formerly a Manager of Sales Development for five years at marketing tech company AffinityX, where she created a program which generated millions of dollars in revenue, she later became Vice President of Operations at a DC-based advertising agency. Two years later, she obtained her real estate license and worked as a residential real estate Sales Associate for Sotheby’s.

As a business development professional with expertise in client relations, prospecting and operations, Anne has honed personable, active listening skills accompanied by analytic and strategic problem-solving abilities to ensure client satisfaction.  Residing in Morristown, Anne serves both the Essex and Morris County markets, where her knowledge and network are prominent and best utilized. She attended Lafayette College and graduated with a B.A. in Film and Media Studies.

Anne has a passion for volunteering for charitable non-profit organizations such as City Harvest where she has done extensive fundraising; and  has organized large format events for the Michael J. Fox Foundation and the American Cancer Society, whose causes are close to her heart. Running, yoga and golf are avid interests of hers and when not in motion, she enjoys reading and writing in addition to her being dedicated to husband, JP, toddler son, Landon, and dog, Luna.
