It is far too often that great service from a true professional goes unrecognized.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your help with our recent purchase of the 10,000 SF commercial office building in Flanders, New Jersey. I would recommend you to any person who is interested in purchasing New Jersey Commercial Real Estate.
It is clear to me that you are a dedicated professional who approaches work, life and community with both enthusiasm and responsibility.
For context to this recommendation, my wife and I were trying to find a commercial building for her expanding Commercial Flooring and Interior Design Business. We started by searching on a few commercial real estate websites and driving by the few buildings which seemed to fit our requirements.
Whenever we found an interesting building, we called the listing agent. Of the six agents we called, you were by far the most prompt and responsive.
In contradiction to many agents we spoke with, you took the time to listen to our requirements, and effectively translated those requirements into specific recommendations.
Additionally, the seller in our transaction was not particularly easy to deal with, and your experience and persistence was instrumental in helping guide our transaction to a close.
Bill, you are a consummate professional and a credit to your industry.

After graduating from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Advertising and Marketing, he was recruited by Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company for their Executive Training Program, which resulted in his holding various management positions there and later, at a prestigious Midwest department store for a total of almost 10 years. This culminated in yet another 30 years of operations management and partnership in his family’s retail business.
From many years of honing organizational and communication skills and developing an acute sense of business in the retail sector to cultivating industry connections and market intelligence in commercial real estate, Bill provides an impeccable work ethic and sound advice with a flair for communicating well with any type of client – overall, commanding an expertise that is both competent and caring.
Residing in Morris County with his wife, Pat, of 57 years, they have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. A Marine Veteran of the Korean War, Bill continues to be of service to humanity through his 30 year membership in the Morristown Rotary where he served many years on the Board of Directors and a term as club president. He also serves now as a ruling Elder of the Morristown Presbyterian Church. Having played Big Band music as a drummer with a fourteen piece band in the past, it is no wonder that Bill’s musical passion extends to jazz as well. When not busy on the golf course, travelling to Palm Springs or being with family, Bill finds quiet moments in reading historical novels about American History and the Revolutionary War, the Civil War, World War II and of course, the Korean War.
