David Tomlin is a commercial real estate agent with Newmark Associates, specializing in industrial and flex properties. His experience spans market research, property analysis, prospecting, and property marketing, working directly with property owners, investors, tenants, and business owners throughout New Jersey.

David began his career in Virginia, where he built a strong foundation in the industry through hands-on work in the market. Using platforms such as CoStar and LoopNet, he researched properties, evaluated market opportunities, and developed a broad understanding of commercial real estate.
