She was the one I dealt with regularly concerning the property in Fairlawn and after we had to leave negotiations at the table (because the synagogue insisted at the very end that they wanted to keep the school), she promised me that if she heard anything about something on the order of what we needed for the church, she would let me know. True to her word, she was the one who insisted that I come and see the property in Basking Ridge as soon as the agreement was finalized with Nancy for its sale. There was no question as to what we knew at the very moment we walked into this place - this was truly a God-given gift (sorry - I'm a pastor, and that's the only way to explain this).
